Added functionality to uniquely identify multiple HIDs of the same type with serial numbers (for Leo Bodnar USB cards).
Added ability to Enable/Disable HID (Joystick) device button presses. Does not affect axis.
Added ability to disable LINDA control of Saitek Pro Flight Panels (beta).
Fix for Manual.pdf opening.
Fix for Flightdeck Solutions CDU (may affect Leo Bodnar USB cards) and HP Wireless Keyboard/Mouse.
Fix for Aerosoft Airbus TRK/FPA display on VRInsight Combo Airbus FCU panel.
Fix for FSUIPC4 version number display (build 189).
