ETD, ETA, ETE (Estimated time en route) are typical flight parameters for the passengers.
EET = estimated elapsed time (typical ICAO abbreviation) = elapsed time between the first significant point and the last one in the flight plan. This time is used by pilots and is what we put in the flight plan.
Distance (nm) / Speed (KIAS)
Ex 200nm / 150kias = 1.33-I have an estimated flight time, the result after the decimal is multiplied for 60 and the result is in minutes]
.33 X 60 = 19.8 (rounding) = 20 min
Total: One hour and twenty minutes 1:20; (Format for flight plan) =0120

Speeds:
IAS = Indicated Speed
TAS = True Speed
GS = Ground Speed
IAS = Anemometer
TAS = 2% of the IAS by 1000 + altitude divided by the IAS
GS = TAS + Wind Factor (On face) (Queued)

For Descent:
To determine at what distance you have to start to descend we should use this formula:
Actual Flight Level - Wanted Altitude x 3 + 10%
Example FL260 - A050 X 3 + 10% from the previous result
26 - 5 = 21 X 3 = 63 + 6.3 = 69.3, 10% of 63 is = (63/10 =6.3)
We start our descent to the point where we 70nm reach our altitude.

DME arcs:
To exit a DME arc must also anticipate, with the following formula we know how many radials before you start to turn.
60 x 0.5% of the GS / Distance
Example We are at a 15 DME arc with a speed of 220 GS
60 x 1.1 / 15 = 4.4
In total we start our Radials before turning 5.
